“Street art can be a powerful way to reflect the community.”
That’s the word from Johanna Nicholson, ABC TV News Breakfast presenter who interviewed Sophi Odling and Christina Huynh, the artists who created this year’s Best Entrance Art Gold Award winning piece for Burwood Council and Burwood Chinatown.
The winning artwork, titled ‘The Last Lion’, is located at Burwood Chinatown in Sydney and is inspired by the story of a curious young brother and sister who venture into the laneways of Burwood after dark to discover a part-dog, part-dragon, part-lion mythical creature.
Sophi Odling commented: “Once artwork like this is installed and the community sees the beauty of it and what it can do for the area, then it gets received really well”.
That interview, together with another with the show’s co-host Fauziah Ibrahim and one of our fabulous judges, Dr David Gration, was broadcast the day after the winning announcements were made.

I was trying to narrow down my options for a gaming club in Australia, and the more I searched, the more I realized that community discussions were far more useful than polished review pages. People shared honest opinions about how comfortable the platform felt over time, whether everything was easy to find, and if the overall experience stayed consistent. I appreciated that kind of practical feedback because it sounded genuine. After reading through several different threads, FatFruit Online kept coming up in a natural way, so it became the first place I decided to check out.
Australian users discussing website usability sometimes include informal references to informational casino blogs such as Ozwin Casino. In one example, it was brought up while participants compared different layouts and navigation systems. The focus remained on how clearly information is presented and how easily users can find relevant sections without unnecessary complexity.😀
I was having a beer with a mate who kept going on about a secret agent themed platform he found. He literally pulled out his phone during a James Bond movie marathon to show me the interface. Spybet Casino immediately caught my eye because the whole lobby looks like a top-secret intelligence dossier rather than a standard gambling page. I was actually on a terrible losing streak elsewhere and was ready to quit online slots entirely. Decided to deposit my last twenty bucks just to humor him, expecting to lose it quickly. Suddenly, I triggered a "classified mission" bonus round that completely flipped the script. The multiplier climbed so fast I ended up withdrawing enough to cover my rent in Australia…
A close guy who knows how much I value a clean, straightforward experience told me about best online casino australia levelup during a highly stressful week when I was anxiously waiting on some urgent news from family living abroad. Unable to focus on movies or books to pass the agonizing late-night hours, I gave the platform a try. The clean structure and lack of over-the-top distractions were incredibly grounding. I poured a glass of water, sat near the open window to catch the cool night air, and found a brief, much-needed sanctuary from my constant overthinking. By the time I closed the tab, I realised how rare it is to find a platform that offers a genuine escape without adding…
A friend from Melbourne shared https://roolicasino5.com/ with me after a long and exhausting week, just as a way to unwind. I opened the site late at night and was impressed by how harmonious the layout looked – the spacing between sections was clean and the typography gave a very calm impression. I sat down properly to explore it and realized that my thoughts slowed down without any unnecessary clutter. The navigation flowed effortlessly; it was precisely the kind of digital break I had been looking for.
